KQED Education Network and the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at UC Berkeley present a screening and discussion of Bolinao 52, a Vietnamese boat people documentary on Thursday, May 1, at 7:00 pm in Sibley Auditorium (Bechtel Engineering Center) on the UC Berkeley campus. THE PRINCESS OF NEBRASKA will make its world premiere on YouTube Screening Room on Friday, October 17, 2008. Wayne Wang explains, “THE PRINCESS OF NEBRASKA is about a young woman from China who tries to locate her identity through different kinds of new media.
